Twenty seven years turning complex systems into coordinated, measurable action across resources, energy, finance, and government. The throughline: intention, made operable.
For twenty seven years I worked across enterprise design, digital transformation, and strategic leadership: in technology, finance, mining, utilities, government, and the emerging decentralized sectors. I operated across every layer of complex organisations, from engineers to executive leadership, translating shifting priorities into product roadmaps that people could actually run.
That work taught me where computational and economic systems stay fragile. So I built the instruments to measure meaningful change instead of asserting it. I founded Design Ledger and Time Foundation, and authored CTP/IP: the first cross-chain measurement layer for validated transformation.
Along the way I went back to study the parts the field kept missing. A post-graduate in Digital Finance and Blockchain at RMIT in 2023. A Graduate Diploma in Psychology at The Cairnmillar Institute in 2025, focused on behavioural science, neurobiology, and neuroscience, so that human-centred design and ethical AI alignment rest on how people actually think.
Led strategic sustainability initiatives, integrating technology to refine extraction and processing practices across the mining lifecycle.
A decade of data-centre and banking experience, with fintech solutions that improved digital transactions and trust.
Partnered with public sector agencies to deploy human-centred design for efficient and accessible public services.
